For hospitals and collaborators

Participate in SnapNSTI

Participation is organized through hospital teams and professional collaborators. There is no patient enrolment form on this site.

How a centre gets started

The participating service leads local case identification, governance review, data quality, and follow-up. The study does not change clinical decisions or add study-specific procedures.

Express interest

Tell the study team which hospital and clinical service would lead the SnapNSTI cohort.

Confirm local review

Obtain the applicable audit, ethics, privacy, and information-governance determination before case inclusion.

Capture consecutive cases

Use the current protocol and standardized data instruments during the centre’s defined local window.

Complete follow-up

Finish in-hospital records and the 90-day outcome record, including optional PROMs only where locally approved.

Collaborators

Methods, microbiology, and implementation

Statisticians, infectious-disease specialists, critical-care clinicians, analysts, and implementation scientists can contact the study team about structured collaboration.

Access follows onboarding.

Study access instructions are provided after local requirements and centre onboarding are confirmed.

Local governance

Classification is determined locally

Each centre obtains its own written determination and confirms any consent, notification, opt-out, or privacy requirements before case inclusion.

Study scope

Follow the current protocol

Screening and final case classification follow the current protocol and local approved process.
